Most brands do not need a big programme to try AI film. They need one good pilot: small enough to approve quickly, clear enough to learn from. Here is the thirty-day plan we suggest for mid-size brands.
Week 1: choose one product, one audience, one question
Pick a product that matters to the business and an audience you know. Write down the question the pilot should answer, such as whether a film in the regional language outperforms your current ad, or whether a new hook lifts completion. Fill in the one-page brief together with us.

Week 2: approve the look before any video exists
We write the script and make the character, costume and location frames. You approve them as images. This is where most of the creative decisions get made, and it keeps later rounds short.

Week 3: make the film and its cutdowns
We build the master film and the cutdowns you need, with the pack checked frame by frame and the sound mixed for the phone. Plan the formats on day one so nothing needs to be cropped.
Week 4: launch small and read the results
Run the film against your current best, with a modest budget and a clean test, as we describe in our post on reading an AI creative test. Agree two measures in advance, for example completion rate and cost per result, so the decision at the end is simple.
What the pilot gives you
A finished film, a set of reusable characters and looks, and a clear view of what worked. Thirty days is a plan, not a guarantee, and timelines depend on the number of languages and approvals. But it is a realistic, low-risk way to begin.
