Inside a Tamil Nadu TV Launch Film: From Look Approval to Air Date

A brand has one launch film to make for one state, in that state's language, for television, with a fixed air date. Everything has to be right the first time, because there is no second launch.
The brief
Parachute Advansed was launching in Tamil Nadu. The film had to feel local, speak to families there, and sit comfortably on television. It aired on Tamil Nadu television in August 2026.
Look first
We did not start with shots. We started with the people and the places. The mother, her daughter, the courtyard and the dressing table were each designed, shown to the team, and approved before any shot was made. After that, nobody invents a face or a room again. Everyone uses the approved one.

Shot by shot
Every shot began as an approved still. Only then was it animated and directed. We planned the film as a numbered list of shots, each with its camera angle and its length in seconds, so the whole film could be read on one page.

Checked before the brand sees it
A creative director reviewed each shot against the approved looks. Does the face match? Is the light the same as the shot before? Is the home still the same home? A shot that did not match went back before anyone outside the team saw it.
What this gave the brand
The brand saw the film early, in frames, when changes are quick. The characters and the home stayed the same from the first shot to the last. And the film reached television on its date. If you have a launch coming, write to namaste@teevra.co.
